1. Consultation. Following your registration, a member of The Chef Bureau team will contact you to discuss your requirements and our fee structure before any sourcing begins.
2. Candidate profiles. Profiles shared during the process are strictly confidential. Contact details are withheld until a placement is confirmed and fees are agreed.
3. Fees. Placement fees are agreed during your consultation call and outlined in a separate placement agreement. Fees are due upon confirmation of a successful placement.
4. Anti-circumvention. You agree not to contact or approach any candidate introduced by The Chef Bureau directly or through a third party for a period of 12 months from introduction.
5. Privacy. Your company and contact details are held securely and never shared with candidates without your consent.
